Italy is still waiting to transpose the European Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers. The current Italian law is insufficient because it does not guarantee protection to private sector workers and whistleblowers in the media or non-profit organisations. Among others, protecting whistleblowers is crucial to limit the risks of corruption and mismanagement of European funds in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

During the event, it will be possible to listen to the voices of numerous guests from different fields, who have dealt with whistleblowing in Italy and Europe over the years.

Participation in the event is free and open to all, but you must book your place .
