Human Rights Defenders World Summit 2018

ProtectDefenders.eu, the EU Human Rights Defenders mechanism, organizes the Human Rights Defenders World Summit on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders (HRDs). The Summit will bring together over 150 HRDs from around the world for three days of meetings, panel discussions, networking and workshopping with the aim of shaping the international agenda regarding the protection of HRD’s and the promotion of a safer environment.
