Innovations for Safe Environment

The UNESCO project "Innovations for Safe Environment in Conditions of Restricted Freedom of Expression" conducts practical training to use the mobile application ‘Soz Sende' (You Talk). The app is a system for alerting an emergency situation to which journalists might be exposed and contains instructions on how to act if detained. The app is going to be presented to 25 court reporters from Kazakhstan on 19 - 21 September 2017 during training workshop in Almaty.
