International Day for the Universal Access to Information

On Tuesday, November 17, 2015 the 38th General Conference of UNESCO adopted a resolution declaring September 28th International Day for Universal Access to Information. The date of 28 September was chosen as a day to raise awareness on the importance of the right to information throughout the world.
