
The annual report published by the Coalition Against SLAPPs in Europe - CASE - in December 2024, reveals that Italy was the European country with the highest number of SLAPP cases recorded in 2023. Corruption and the environment are the issues most frequently at the center of these disputes, confirming the urgent need to take action to protect those who fight for the common good.
