In times of steadily accelerating technological progress, also technics of surveillance are evolving.

For that purpose, the dark-web can be a useful tool to stay digitally anonymous.  The “dark-web” does not differ much from the “clear-web” but its websites cannot be found by the search engines, but can only be visited using a specific tool.
