The European Parliament approved on October 27th a motion for a resolution on whistleblower protection in the EU. However, a binding legislative initiative can only be launched by the European Commission: the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament is therefore calling a gathering in front of the European Commission in Brussels to demand a proper EU legislation on December 5th (11.30 am). Participants are kindly asked to bring a whistle.
