Media Capture in the 21st Century

People in power are increasingly exerting their influence on media in forms of business-related intervention: “The silent takeover - Media Capture in the 21st century” is the topical issue of the 2018 FoMe Symposium. The two-day event wants to bring together media development experts from around the world to analyse the different shapes of media capture, assess its consequences and discuss solutions. The event takes place in Berlin at the Division for International Cooperation of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES).
