MisInfoCon

First launched at MIT (Boston, USA) in February 2017, the international movement MisInfoCon is gathering in Kyiv, Ukraine, on May 29 and 30. Brought by the Hackers Foundation and IREX, the event aims to explore the global implications of misinformation as well as identifying methods of fighting it with a keen focus on Eastern Europe. Three tracks will be followed:

  • Information/Media Literacy and Critical Thinking
  • Geopolitical Responses to Misinformation
  • Data and Metrics
