EU Journalism Prize 2015 in Georgia

The ‘EU Prize for Journalism’ is the first of its kind in Georgia to acknowledge the work of those Georgian journalists who have demonstrated journalistic integrity and professionalism. Professional journalists, editors, bloggers, web publishers, and NGOs will have the opportunity to propose the application for the best journalistic work. 

The winners of each category will be awarded a share of 7,500 EUR. In particularly, 1,500 EUR per individual prize is to be awarded.  

The awarded journalist will be provided with a fellowship allowing him or her to participate in the Caucasus programme at the headquarters of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) in London.    

The deadline for entries is 2nd November 2015.
