Journalism Award "Carlo Azeglio Ciampi" (Italy)

The National Council of the Italian Association of Journalists (Ordine dei Giornalisti ) launched the second edition of the journalism award “Carlo Azeglio Ciampi”, dedicated to the former President of the Italian Republic who proved to be an advocate for freedom of expression and media freedom.

Italian journalists who covered topics such as the defense of freedoms and dignity, defense of the Italian Constitution, or information integrity are eligible to apply by September 15, 2018.

Three sections will be awarded with 4000 Euros each: press and photo journalism; radio and tv broadcasting; web journalism.
