The ECPMF's Journalists-in-Residence programme is designed as a temporary shelter for journalists who face harassment and intimidation as a direct result of their work. The current call offers three to six-months stays in the period between November 2018 and June 2019 to journalists holding a Turkish passport and who are based in Turkey. The ECPMF also provides a rent-free, furnished apartment in Leipzig (Germany) and a monthly grant of 1,000 €. Costs are covered for visa, travel expenses, health insurance  and other particular needs of the journalist. Applications must be sent to journalistsinresidence@ecpmf.eu by September 30, 2018.
