The French Institute in Skopje, in cooperation with the foundation Metamorphosis and the region of Normandy, is organizing the second edition of the “my mini video” open competition.
Young people aged from 18 to 28 (preferably Francophones or Anglophones), interested in the multimedia sphere, can take part in this open competition (smartphone with camera is required). The participants should be willing to freely express their opinion on a current and specific topic from the area of freedom of expression.
The most successful mini videos (3 minutes) will be presented at the newest edition of the French Film Festival, which will take place from 15 to 18 June 2016. Entries accepted until 6th May
