CIJA US, BIRN and Talks 2.0 jointly promote the Resonant Voices Initiative to challenge extremist narratives in the public discourse throughout the Western Balkans. The program supports the development of creative content, campaigns and community initiatives that seek to combat dangerous speech and affect social change.
Activists, journalists, bloggers and other online/offline influencers from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia are eligible to apply.
Top initiatives will be granted after the Resonant Voices Hackathon in Durrës, Albania, from September 14 to 17 with 10,000$ (1st Place), 8,000$ (2nd Place) and 6,000$ (3rd Place).
