Access to information in Serbia

The Office of the Commissioner for Access to Information in Serbia publishes as Open Data 13 datasets related to the work of the Commissioner.

Datasets published include:

• the catalogue of all public authorities who are obliged to act on a request for access to information, including: state authorities, territorial autonomy, local government, organizations entrusted with public authority, legal persons established or funded wholly or predominantly by a state body;
• complaints in the field of freedom of information, detailing the applicants group, the city in which it was filed, type of authority to which the request is addressed and current status of the complaint;
• lawsuits against the Commissioner in the field of free access to information
• recommendations formulated by the Commissioner in the field of free access to Information of Public Importance

All datasets are timely updated and can be download in CSV, Excel and LibreOffice.
