Whoever threatens a journalist to prevent the publication of news causes damage to all citizens who as a consequence are denied that information. Whoever threatens a journalist blindfolds his/her readers and prevents them from exercising a fundamental right. It is strange that these actions are not legally prosecuted. Fundamental rights deserve explicit legal protection. This
