The second volume of EMR Script-series, with the title "Photographs of the Großregion" is dedicated to the legal framework conditining the work of professional news photographers in this geographical area.
The "Großregion" includes Luxembourg, Lorraine, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatine, Wallonia, German-speaking Community of Belgium and the French community of Belgium.
Along these geographical lines, the different constitutional foundations concerning freedom of press and freedom of expression as well as legal regulations on taking photographs of people, things and public spaces are researched and presented.
