This digest has been produced in cooperation with the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ)
The toolkit consists of 5 practical parts in English, including practical guide of conduct, awareness poster, sample sexual harassment policy, survey and communications templates.
While the guide addresses multiple issues related to sexual harassment, it is not exhaustive. The guide only focuses on issues appearing in the media work environment, but not journalists in the field. It also does not address in any detail the pervasive and evolving problem of online harassment, an issue we hope to develop resources on soon.
