The second in a series of MIP guides for Understanding Media Metrics gives practical advice on the use of YouTube. Intended for journalist with some experience in publishing content on Youtube, the guide explains how Channels can be used to reach to new audiences and how to get a better understanding of the staffing and resources necessary for a successful YouTube channel. Finally, the booklet gives recommendations on how to measure and increase those channel's effectiveness over time.
